Lune d’Olive, created in January 2023, brings together Olivia H Kim (harpist) and Louna Dekker Vargas (flutist). The two musicians were in residence at the Cité Internationale des Arts from 2022-2023. Ms. Kim Olivia Kim has won international prizes and has performed all over the world as a soloist and in collaboration with orchestras and chamber musicians. She was soloist with the League of Strings on their tour of China and was invited to perform at the World Harp Congress in Hong Kong. She performed with the Peabody Symphony Orchestra, the Concert Artists of Baltimore and the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France. Olivia Kim has also worked with celebrated conductors such as Marin Alsop, John Adams, Markus Stenz and Mikko Franck.
